AI-supported auto-framing and 5x zoom: The C46 conference camera uses face recognition technology for precise image section. When more attendees join the hybrid meeting, the camera automatically adjusts to keep everyone in the best picture position. Plus, thanks to the zoom function, you can easily zoom in or out with the remote control, changing the field of view as needed. After magnification, you can pan and tilt the camera using the 4 arrows.

How do I activate and deactivate the auto framing function?

You can enable or disable the AI framing function using either the touch button located on the top of the conference camera or the remote control.
Is it necessary to download and install NUROUM NearSync on my PC before using the C46 video conference webcam?

No, the webcam has a plug-and-play feature. No additional software or driver required. However, we recommend using NearSync upon receipt to update to the latest firmware version (V1.100.0.6.R.240223) for optimized image and audio performance.
How can I disable noise cancellation? I'm a Yoga teacher and need background music for my courses.

Currently, the option to disable noise cancellation is not available. However, our team is actively working on releasing a new firmware that will include this feature to better suit your needs.
Is the power adapter required for using the all-in-one conference webcam?

No, the power adapter is optional and is primarily used to enhance the speaker volume. Upon plugging in the power adapter, the speaker's power increases from 1.5W to 3W for an elevated audio experience.
What should I do if the all in 1 conference camera is not recognized by my PC?

If the circle light is ON, please write to us for further assistance or to request a replacement. If the light is OFF, try using another USB cable. If the issue persists, ask for support and, if necessary, request a replacement.

Solid perfort camera/mic/speaker all in one for video conferencing

The integrated privacy screen is a nice touch. The video quality is very good--everything about the picture was crisp, clear and smooth with rich colors, It adjusted the light on the fly and managed to not make me look pasty, which most video cameras invariably do. The Al does a great job focusing on who needs to be focused on and making everyone look decent. It comes with a remote control which turned out to be surprisingly useful. I tested the camera with Zoom, Skype and Google Meet. The product description claims to be ‘plug and play’ and it was immediately recognized by my computer running Ubuntu.
