    I have a laptop that I use for Discord and gaming that has terrible sound quality. I've tried multiple different speakers with it and the issue is always the same: the people on the other end say I sound like I am fading in and out. This device works great. I appreciate that it is a true "plug-and-play" device. No drivers or software was necessary. Just plug it in to an available port and you are good to go. The wide angle camera allows folks on the other end of the cord to see everyone at the table, and we had no issues with me breaking up or overall sound quality.

    Great for zoom / hybrid meetings I initially purchased this simply for the area microphone for a more complicated (two camera) zoom set up, but found the wide-angle lens (yes, you get a bit of fish-eye distortion, but not extreme) enabled me to use the camera as well and dispense with the more complicated video setup.The device itself is pretty slick and elegant design wise (it resembles more than a little the echo devices). The USB cable wraps around the base for storage, and has a built in holder for the provided USB C adapter for the cable. Nice! Has controls on top of the device to mute audio and/or disable video - handy. Plus volume control.I have hybrid zoom study groups at home a couple of times a month, can get the whole living room (six or seven participants) well in view with good audio, while the offsite participants are on the big tv screen. Works very well!

    This was so easy to connect and it works so well. I am not a techi and I was able to connect, download the software and use it ten minutes later. So easy to mute and unmute with the touch of the top.

    My wife ordered their C20, the original version, which is bigger, and she was absolutely satisfied with its performance. Now I'm a follower of this brand too, with this compact version. After one week with this little gadget, here are some pros & cons you might want to know before you buy:Prosthe video is 1080P, with much higher clarity and instantly wider viewpoint comparing to the default camera on my Macbook;the noise control is impressive, as my colleagues and customers on the other side of zoom meetings told me;The speaker is pretty good, but I won't say it's superb.I just love how they put the USB-C cable underneath the base of the cam and how they hide the USB adaptor.the device is in white and grey, looks like a google home gadget, fits on my desk perfectly.ConsThe speaker is not really great for music. Probably just as they stated, it's customized for voice.i need to put a box/books to lift it upward a little bit to the level where it doesn't look like I'm looking down upon anyone.

    The webcam is a really good product. It was very easy to setup the webcam on a Windows 10 machine and once setup, it worked straight out the box. I have been using this webcam for the past 5 months without encountering any issues. The picture quality is good and the microphone and speaker are really good. Also the product was packaged very well and delivered before the promised delivery date.

    Good Quality and Would Rebuy Bought one for conference room, which is incredibly workable. Camera has good vision range and display quality, meanwhile sound is nice also. Would buy another if company needs.
