Refund and Return Policy .
1. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the item(s) you received, you can submit a return request within 14 days of delivery. Return requests will be assessed and processed by our customer support team. However, we wish you could contact us first if you have any questions or problems using our products. We will be so pleased to hear from you and it will give us constant courage to improve our products and service.Full Refund Conditions:To qualify for a full refund, all the following conditions must be met:- Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.The product must have a verified quality issue, such as:Damaged camera; Device not recognized or unable to connect to electronic devices;Severe sound issues with headphones, such as loud noise leakage, jarring or sharp sounds (Note: Slight loss of call quality due to noise cancellation is not covered); Manufacturing defects; Other significant quality problems.- The product must be in its original unactivated state- All original packaging and accessories must be intact and included.Partial Refund Conditions:For products that have been activated, used, or returned due to personal reasons (e.g., compatibility issues, appearance, or unmet specific preferences), only a partial refund will be provided. In such cases, please contact the Nuroum Support Team via email to initiate the refund process.2. If any manufacturing defects occur within the first 14 days and these failures are confirmed by warehouse inspection, Nuroum will refund all costs incurred during this return or exchange including shipping.3. You can also cancel the purchase of items within 14 days. If the product has been shipped out, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer and the shipping cost of the original purchase will not be refunded.4. Users must present a valid purchase receipt when returning the item. If the product is damaged by the user, or if the packaging box or any accessories are missing, the return will not be accepted.5. If the product you are returning was purchased using a discount or promotion, you will be refunded the amount you paid after discount have been deducted. 6. If you would like to exchange/replace a product, you must return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like.
