Bluetooth Comfort Compatibility Audio Others Order Related

Upon powering on HP31S for the first time, the bluetooth single ear headset will automatically enter pairing mode. If you wish to re-enter pairing mode, simply press the MFB button and the volume up button simultaneously.

You can try to clear the pairing record. Just press and hold the MFB and volume+ button simultaneously for 5 seconds while the wireless one-ear headset is turned on and not engaged in a call. When the record is cleared, the headset will restart and enter pairing mode.

When using a Bluetooth connection only:
