Bluetooth Comfort Audio Compatibility Order Related

Yes, our headset is compatible with most Chromebooks via Bluetooth or USB, depending on the model.

1. Cisco 8841: Cannot connect directly (no Bluetooth, no USB audio support). You can only use a wired RJ9 headset or a third-party Bluetooth adapter.
2. Cisco 8845 / 8851 / 8861 / 8865: Can connect directly via Bluetooth, and some models also support a USB dongle.
3. Alternative: You can use the USB dongle with a PC softphone.
In short: The 8841 cannot be used directly, while other high-end 8800 series phones support Bluetooth or USB connectivity.

Our headsets support dual-device connection, but the setup process varies by model. Please follow the instructions below based on your specific product.
OpenEar Pro 2
To connect OpenEar Pro 2 to two Bluetooth devices:
1.Turn on the Bluetooth of Device A and connect.
2.Turn off the Bluetooth of Device A and enter pairing mode.
3.Turn on the Bluetooth of Device B and connect.
4.Turn on the Bluetooth of Device A again and connect, then you can connect to two devices.
HP31D / HP31S
When using a Bluetooth connection only:
1. Turn on the wireless headphone with a noise-canceling mic and connect it to Device A.
2. Disconnect the headset from Device A, then press the MFB button and the volume control button at the same time to reconnect.
3. Connect it to device B.
4. Finally, reconnect it to Device A.
When using the USB dongle connection.
1. Turn on the headset and connect it to device A.
2. Connect it to device B via dongle.
Notification: When switching between devices, you need to pause the audio of device A first, and then switch on the audio of device B.

The dongle ensures a faster, more stable, and seamless connection experience:
1. Some Windows PCs have limited or unstable Bluetooth performance.
2. Over time, built-in Bluetooth on certain systems may become unreliable or fail entirely.
