Can I connect the headset to my desktop PC and my mobile phone at the same time?
Yes. The HP31 series features Bluetooth 5.4 multi-point connectivity. You can plug the included USB dongle into your warehouse desktop for a stable connection to your inventory system or Microsoft Teams, and simultaneously pair the headset to your mobile phone via Bluetooth.

Is the boom microphone adjustable for either ear? Yes, the boom mic rotates so you can wear the single-ear HP31S with the earpiece on either your left or right side, depending on your personal comfort or which ear you prefer to keep open to the warehouse floor.
How heavy are the HP31D and HP31S compared to traditional industrial headsets?
Our headsets are built specifically to eliminate the "clamp force" fatigue associated with heavy trucker-style gear. They are ultra-lightweight, allowing dispatchers and managers to wear them comfortably through an entire 10-to-12-hour fulfillment shift without experiencing neck or ear strain.

With an extended wireless range of up to 100 feet (depending on structural interference), you can leave your desktop at the shipping desk and walk down the inventory aisles without dropping your vendor or team call.
