Amazon User Reviews

Ratings: 5/5 | Good for the price

“Comfortable, works well, and a great value for the money. Noise canceling isn’t exceptional but with music is masks office noise well. I appreciate these fitting my lager head without discomfort.”

— debbie

Ratings: 4/5 | USB Headset with Mic

“I’m on calls for many hours every day for work. I previously used a Sony neckband headset for years, but after experiencing connection issues, I decided to switch to a wired model.

The sound quality is very good, and the mic performs excellently, making it great for calls. However, the build quality is just okay—not terrible, but not premium either. The biggest downside is comfort—I only wear this when necessary because it feels somewhat uncomfortable for long periods.

Overall, it’s a solid choice for audio and mic performance, but if comfort is a priority, you might want to explore other options.”

Ratings: 5/5 | Going strong

“I work from home and needed a decent wireless headset for Teams meetings. Good sound quality, holds charge for a long time, nice robust headset that looks and feels professional and easy to use charging stand. Would buy again.”

— Puppy_uk

Ratings: 5/5 | Great Linux Support

“Arch Linux (Kernel 6.3.9, PulseAudio 16.1).

Simply put, this works great. Using the included BT700 USB-A bluetooth adapter (comes pre-paired with the Voyager 4310 UC headset). I also paired the headset to my Android device. Connecting to both devices simultaneously is easy and works great.

The included BT700 bluetooth adapter has the advantage of providing an LED status indicator. The LED on the BT700 is BLUE when connected, RED when mic is muted, and OFF when the headset is off. This visual feedback is quite nice, especially since the mute button (located on the microphone boom) is a momentary switch. The headset will additionally announce (vocally) that the microphone is muted when the momentary switch is pressed and will, likewise, announce that the mic is unmuted if pressed again. If you attempt to speak into the mic while muted, the headset will provide you with vocal reminder that you are muted. This is all done in hardware.”

“These are one good step up from the cheap end of the market. The sound quality is acceptable, especially for voices. For music, meh. The controls are easy to use. In my mind, these would be good travel headphones that work just find but you wouldn't be too upset about it if they got filched.”

Ratings: 5/5 | Best headset I've ever bought
“I work from home and needed a wireless headset with long battery life. Each day I am on a day long call for my technology job and basically never hangup the headset. This thing has lasted 10 hours each day for the past 12 weeks of work since I bought it. When it does notify you of low battery you have about 20 minutes before it dies completely so basically you are getting 10 hours and 20 minutes out of this thing each day. 10 hours seems to be the maximum for this guy on a full charge is what I found. I like also the fact that if you have it muted and you try to speak, it will tell you "muted" in an audible notification. That's a nice reminder that people aren't hearing you when you're trying to talk with the mute button on if you forgot. I highly recommend this headset for those who use the phone a lot for your jobs! It seems to be designed specifically for teams and that's what we use at work so I don't know how it works with all other programs. I have had to jump on zoom calls for all other vendors and it seems to work just fine for it to. It's a great product.”
— David

Ratings: 3/5 | Just submitted a warrenty Ticket
“The Yealink headset was easy to set up to the computer and teams. It worked fine for a while but then the mic started to stop working in the middle of meetings. I would reset it and it would work fine for a while, then one day after about a year it stopped working altogether. It is still under warranty and was expensive, so I just put in a repair ticket at Yealink. I do like them but lets see how they respond, I will update this and amount of stars when this is resolved. Update: Yealink responded in a quick and efficient manner they reviewed my problem determined it was a hardware issue and have put a new one in the mail. the whole process was about 7days. Great customer service.”
